1.1 BACKROUND OF THE STUDY
January 7, 2010A computer is an electronic device that can store and process into a useful information that everyone wil be anble to use.Computer now a days,is one of the most important technologies that we use.They had help us with so many things that we cannot do all by ourselves,namely,compiling a huge amount of data,used for hard data record keeping.One of the most primary uses of benefit that the compuiter give us is,it can provide,andretrieves data or information,which gives us the privilege of gatting our work done faster and efficient.The increase in speed of our work has helped us to do many things with less mount otf resource,and time:it would take alot manpower just to store data and keep the data safe and secured but with the help of computers we have created a whole new way of making our work quality.
Internet is an extension computer network made up of thousands of other smaller business,academic and governmental networks.It’s global network of interconnected computers,enabling users to share information along multiple channels.
WEBSITE is a set of interconnected webpage usually including a homepage,generally located on the save server,and prepared and maintained as a collection of information by a person,group or organization.
Saint Francis Park is located at Barangay Tanque,Roxas City.It’s started on april 1994,and the project completion in jully 18,2001,the Developer of this is Sacred Heart of Jesus Development Corporation and one of the will known Engineer is Mr.Joachim Nery Ong.The Park Amenities are chapel,Basketball Court,and a Playground area.In (1999-200) thier presidents is Mr.Dale Bernas after his termMr.Leo Tanjusay was elected until in the year (2002).And in this year(2009)Dr.Milda Delaon was one of the electedpresident,then has a primary duties and reponsibilities that shall preside over all the meetings of the general membership of the association.Manage the over all operation of the association execute and implement all policies,guidlines and directives that the board may adap from time to time.He/She ensures the efficient maintenance of the village facilities,and the proper and timedly delivery of basic services,monitor,and oversee all association compliance of members w/ all the village rules and reglation.The proponents have come up to the idea of having a website for saint francis park home owner’s association in order to help thier subdivition in promotioing and advertising thier commercial establishments which is buying a lot and put up thier ownstyle of houses.
